AGM for Bhatia Association U.K. Members Only.

Agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1. Registration.
2. Prayers, Shantipath & Welcome.
3. To Approve minutes of 2022 AGM.
4. Matters Arising therefrom.
5. President’s Report.
6. Treasurer’s Report, Presentation of the Financial Statements for year ending 31 December 2022.
7. Approval of annual Accounts 2023.
8. AOB with permission of the chair.
9. Appointment of Auditors.

There will be elections for the year of 2024-2026 as current Executive Committee is serving for 2 years (2024-2026)

Meal will be served after closure of the AGM.

To allow us to cover the cost of the AGM, a Voluntary contribution of £5 per adult is recommended.

Please arrive on time by 14:00 for us to start and complete the AGM on time. We look forward to seeing you and address any of your queries.
