AGM for Bhatia Association U.K. Members Only.

Agenda for the meeting is as follows:

  1. Registration.
  2. Prayers, Shantipath & Welcome.
  3. To Approve minutes of 2024 AGM.
  4. Matters Arising therefrom.
  5. President’s Report.
  6. Treasurer’s Report, Presentation of the Financial Statements for year ending 31 December 2024.
  7. Approval of annual Accounts 2024.
  8. AOB with permission of the chair.
  9. Appointment of Auditors.

There will be no elections for the year of 2025-2026 as current Executive Committee is serving for 2 years (2024-2026)

Meal will be served after closure of the AGM.

To help cover the costs of our Annual General Meeting, we kindly invite those who are able to contribute a voluntary donation of £5 per adult. This will go towards expenses such as the venue and refreshments.Your support is greatly appreciated, we look forward to seeing you there!
